Toffee S'mores

An elevated recipe to a simple classic campfire s'more.

  • 8 marshmallows
  • 8 graham crackers
  • 4 dark chocolate squares (I use a Lindt chocolate bar)
  • sponge toffee (broken into small pieces)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degree or the broil setting on high. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Place 4 graham crackers on the tray. Add a piece of chocolate to each graham cracker and top it off with two marshmallows. 

  2. Bake the marshmallows for 5 minutes or until nice and toasty on top. If you are using the broil setting be sure to watch carefully so that they do not burn. Remove the s'mores from the oven and place bits of sponge toffee on top. Sandwich the remaining graham cracker on top. Serve immediately. Go for seconds or thirds.

* You can easily get sponge toffee at your local candy store for less than $2.00! You can use the remainder to make my Salted Dulce de Leche Chocolate Toffee Ice Cream
